Dr. Lou has decided to shave his mustache if $5,000 is raised to shave it off. If more money is raised to “keep the stache”, he will keep it.
If $10,000 or more is raised by the “shave the stache” supporters, and the “keep the stache” money raised is less than the opposing side, Dr. Lou will shave his goatee as well. The 2010 fund raiser runs officially from August 25 to January 1, 2011.

You don’t have to grow a mustache to be involved. Anyone can set up a fundraising page by clicking the link to “Join the Fight”. It takes less than 5 minutes to set up a page that you can send friends, family and coworkers to. They can donate on your page. They will be donating to the cause and you will be “leading” them to the cause.

You can join if you already have a beard, sideburns or a mustache. You can shave it, keep it, grow it longer. There are no rules for facial hair growth. Involvement is all that matters!
